Design
It is at the design stage that everything starts. You know what your unit is to look like, you know its specification of requirements, and you know the function it has to fulfil. We know the best way to manufacture it. We also know how best to design it to ensure that its production and processing can be carried out as cost-efficiently as possible. Briefly put, you could say that we start by making your unit production-friendly.
By ensuring the right design, we can optimise the entire production flow from initial drawing to finished unit – or finished, fully assembled product. It is in the design phase that we smooth away all unnecessary elements. Our tool specialists then design and manufacture a variety of tools, such as shaping, forging, bending and cutting tools.
The production department
Our production facilities cover 5,000 m2 and house a variety of processing technologies.
